About 8TSUN8
8TSUN8 makes personalised 3D-printed NFC pet ID tags and accessories. A little tag carries a name, contact details and a pet profile—one more way to help a dog find their way home. Website orders currently ship within Hong Kong.
For an order enquiry, please include
- Your order number and the email address used to order.
- What happened—for example, the details form did not appear after payment, you need to change an address, or an item arrived damaged.
- Where helpful, a screenshot with sensitive information hidden, or a product photo.
Do not send full card numbers, CVC codes, one-time codes, account passwords or Stripe keys. If payment completed but the page is not working, contact us first to avoid a duplicate payment.
Returns & pet-profile requests
Contact us before returning an item. Once arrangements are confirmed, we will provide a return address and instructions. Do not post an item before the address has been confirmed.
To correct or unpublish an NFC profile, include your order number and profile link. We will reasonably verify your identity and help with the request. Do not add a private address or identity-document details to a public profile.
