1. Our shop & products

8TSUN8 offers personalised 3D-printed NFC pet ID tags and decorative charms. Choose a portrait, tag, colours and charms and enter the printed names and contact details on the website. We make the product according to the order details you confirm before payment.

If you have questions about materials, size, accessories or compatibility, contact us before paying. Screen previews illustrate the design. Normal differences in screen colours and production texture should not change the confirmed main design, lettering or function, and do not affect your rights when there is a quality issue.

2. HKD prices & promotions

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD / HK$). The current regular tag price is HK$329, with a HK$30 reduction to a base price of HK$299. Optional charms cost HK$3 each. Standard Hong Kong delivery is included.

The displayed offer needs no code and applies to the base tag while shown on the website, not to charm charges. Changes will be displayed before ordering and will not alter the price of paid orders retrospectively. Multiple tags are priced by quantity. Check the final total on the order review and Stripe pages.

If Stripe offers another currency, check its converted amount and fee information before confirming payment. Your card issuer may charge conversion or cross-border fees under its own terms; these are not extra product charges from us.

3. Ordering, payment & confirmation

1. Complete your design and check the names, phone number, portrait, colours and charms.
2. Enter a valid order email address, check the total and our policies, then continue to Stripe to pay.
3. After successful payment, return to the website and submit your delivery details and pet profile.

Production begins after payment is verified and all required production details are complete. Use a payment method you are entitled to use and provide accurate information. If payment status is unclear or the details form does not appear, contact us before paying again.

Cancellations, changes, returns and refunds follow the returns & cancellation policy. See the shipping policy for delivery areas and timing.

4. NFC features & care

NFC opens a pet-profile link on compatible devices. An internet connection is needed to view the online page. The tag is not a GPS tracker, does not provide real-time location tracking and cannot guarantee the recovery of a lost pet. It does not replace a lead, supervision or other safety measures.

Regularly check the tag and attachments are secure. Avoid chewing or swallowing of small parts, and stop using damaged items. Protect the tag from high heat, strong impacts and improper use.

Online profiles may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or because of network or third-party service problems. Contact us if something is wrong. This clause does not remove our responsibility for product quality or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Uploaded content & public contact details

Make sure you have the right to use submitted photos, text and contact details. Do not upload infringing, unlawful or unrelated sensitive information. Personalisation content is used for production, order communication and the pet profile you choose to create. Submission does not grant us an unlimited right to use it in public advertising.

Names and phone numbers on the tag, and information on the public NFC profile, can be viewed by others. See our privacy policy for public visibility, uses of information and correction requests.

These terms and future updates do not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to orders already placed.
